Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, and transformative public sector projects.
• Ensure projects are structured and resourced effectively to support client operating models.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, successfully delivering projects, services, or systems in complex business environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale public sector projects.
• University degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to navigate complexity.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Applied experience with agile methods, as well as expertise in traditional project management principles.
• Demonstrated self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
