As an Architect at C3, you will play a key role in bridging business strategy and technical execution. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders to design solutions that align with enterprise objectives while addressing specific business challenges.

This role requires both strategic vision and technical depth – you will define architectural roadmaps, guide solution design, and ensure successful implementation. Whether optimizing existing IT landscapes or introducing new technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring that architectural decisions drive long-term value and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise and solution architecture strategies that align with business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Evaluate business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable, and secure technology solutions.
• Guide stakeholders in IT modernization, digital transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Ensure architectural consistency across projects, balancing flexibility, scalability, and governance.
• Work closely with project teams to assess technical risks, constraints, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain clear architectural models, roadmaps, and design principles.
• Advocate for best practices in enterprise integration, security, and infrastructure optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure architectural decisions lead to actionable, effective implementations.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Proven ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, integration patterns, and enterprise systems.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions in complex environments.
• Strong business acumen, able to bridge the gap between technical decisions and organizational strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of influencing leadership and guiding technical teams.
• Applied experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation initiatives, and legacy system modernization.
• Demonstrated self-awareness, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
