As a Senior Business Analyst at C3, you will work closely with clients across diverse projects, helping to bring clarity to complexity, align stakeholders, and drive informed decision-making. You will be immersed in a broad range of challenging opportunities, requiring you to be adaptable, pragmatic, and method-agnostic – applying the right tools and techniques to solve real-world business challenges.

Your ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions will be key in guiding project success. You will collaborate with clients to define requirements, model workflows, and create alignment around common business objectives while ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges, providing insight-driven recommendations.
• Align stakeholders around shared objectives through structured facilitation and engagement.
• Drive requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution design.
• Apply both agile and traditional business analysis methods to support project success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity between business and technical objectives.
• Guide clients through user experience best practices, including journey mapping, user flows, and usability testing.
• Support decision-making at all levels, providing structure and strategic insight.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT project delivery within complex business environments.
• Proven and extensive experience in public sector consulting.
• University degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, traceability, and process modeling.
• Applied experience with agile methods, SDLC models, and traditional project management principles.
• UX capabilities, including storyboards, journey maps, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in remote team environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
