Starr Cookson is a qualified professional with 17 years of experience as an Information Technology Consultant. Starr specializes in Business Analysis and has experience working with customers to facilitate the elicitation of requirements, develop and document process, and perform quality assurance. For the first 10 years of Fane’s career, he worked in the development side of the IT industry. This gave Fane a great appreciation for how important it is to communicate with clients to grasp a full understanding of their needs.

With that understanding, Fane has progressed into client facing roles where he uses Design Thinking methods to break down problems, test and evaluate options, draw meaning and understanding from data, and deliver solutions that provide business value.

Lisa Totton

Lisa Totton has worked in the health IT field for more than twelve years, with experience spanning business analysis, CIS support, process improvement, project leadership, business intelligence, and data governance. A Registered Nurse with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Nursing, she also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate.

Most recently, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Terminology and Interoperability Standards, gaining hands-on experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, HL7 v2, FHIR, and the Pan-Canadian Patient Summary. This education supported her attainment of the Controlled Terminology Standards Specialist (CTSS) certification through the Canadian College of Health Information Management.
